Visa Cards are accepted at all ticket windows, No personal checks are accepted. (inconvenience highly regretted in case any disturbance in phone lines therefore it is advisable to confirm the same during the enquiry).
Max. depth of Wave pool is 5' Ft and max. Depth of Kids pool is 2' Ft, also we ensure that all drowning areas are closely monitored by lifeguards. A complete first aid station is centrally located in the park. Lost and found items will be kept in Office. Sentosa is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken artifacts.
We do chlorination everyday and maintain pH value level 7.2 to 7.7.
